SNOW PLOW DRIVER

Duties include mostly plowing with some shoveling.

Snow removal typically starts at 3:00 a.m. depending on when snow event begins and snow accumulation.

If snow removal is complete before 5 hours you will be paid for a minimum of 5 hours of work.

We communicate with the crews regarding weather so you can be prepared.  All staffing and planning is done prior to each snow event and each driver is typically given start times the day before. 

All equipment needed is provided by the employer.

This position is NOT on-call.

This position is part-time with some varying hours depending on snowfall.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Our insurance requires all applicants’ driving records to be checked for insurability.
• Experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable, and on time.
• Must have a working telephone number so you can be contacted in advance regarding start dates and times.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Pay: $22/hour
• Benefits: Part- time positions are not eligible for benefits. However, this position can lead to a full-time position during construction season.
